Swimming Pool Builders
If you want to find a swimming pool builder in your area, consider visiting www.buildzoom.com. They offer ratings and reviews of pool & spa builders (and all other types of home improvement contractors) in just about every metro area. The idea is to create a public forum page about each licensed contractor, so that users can post positive feedback or constructive criticism, and contractors can upload photographs of pools they have built. It’ll be interesting to see if it turns into a useful tool or just another Internet website that propagates a bunch of negativity. Either way, if you are thinking about having a pool built, you can’t go wrong by checking out the site. After all, their service is free. I particularly liked their Mission Pools of Escondido profile page. There is something about the picture of a job well done that I find hard beat when selecting a contractor.
Swimming Pool with Blue Light
This pool design has done a terrific job of using a colorful light and fountains to create a resort-like effect.
Swimming Pool in Mexico
A lovely negative edge swimming pool located on a mountain over a small town in northern Mexico.
Modern Swimming Pool
This well-lit modern swimming pool looks marvelous at dusk under the blue California sky. The pool features a travertine deck and a wall built from slate-tile with a waterfall.
Swimming Pool Near Home
If you look closely, you’ll see that this pool is actually not right next to the house, but rather the homeowner built a covered patio that extends from the edge of the house to the pool.
